Kailynn Hammond is the Service Manager at Adirondack Technical Solutions, her primary focus being providing an excellent customer service experience to current and prospective clients. She has received an A.S. in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State and is working towards her B.S. in Business Studies in Operations and Project Management from SNHU. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience in the manufacturing industry, leading cross functional teams, managing projects and focusing in on process improvements. While working as a Project Lead at a leading manufacturer, Kailynn was able to achieve Lean certification and used those skills to improve communications and standardize processes throughout the facility.
In Kailynn’s off hours, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children
