Jeremy Deason
Jeremy is an Account Executive at Associates of Glens Falls Insurance and has brokered property and casualty insurance products for the following industries: construction, hospitality (resorts, hotels & restaurants), not-for-profits, sports & recreation, wholesalers & distributors, and other main street businesses.
Associates of Glens Falls Insurance is licensed in all 50 states, with over 50 years’ experience as one of the largest, independent insurance agencies in Upstate New York. Their areas of specialty include property & casualty services, cyber liability resources, account management, claims management, loss control management, and OSHA compliance.
Additionally, Jeremy has experience developing risk management and loss control programs for his clients, to help them avoid and mitigate losses across all coverage lines, including the high frequency loss areas of general liability and workers’ compensation coverage.

Jared Humiston
Jared Humiston is the proud Owner and President of Adirondack Technical Solutions (ADKtechs). Jared developed the earliest cyber security programs in the Capital Region before opening ADKtechs in 2005.
Over the years, ADKtechs has had steady growth while instilling Jared’s belief that to be successful, ADKtechs needs to provide exceptional customer service, invest in the community, and make continued education a part of everyday practices. A member of Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40 class, Jared and his team have received a multitude of other regional accolades including Washington County Small Business of the Year (2013 & 2019), Steven M. Sutton Small Business of the Year (2014), and the Ethics in Business Award (2017).
In Jared’s off hours, he’s a volunteer coach for Argyle youth programs and serves as a member of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, Washington County Local Development Corporation, and Argyle Youth Commission boards.
