Keynote Speaker: Jessica Copeland
Jessica Copeland advises her clients in all aspects of business counsel and disputes, with a particular focus on data privacy, cybersecurity and intellectual property. Jessica is co-chair of the firm’s cybersecurity and data privacy practice.
Jessica’s broad experience includes advising clients on data privacy compliance, drafting incident response strategies, managing and/or overseeing cybersecurity breaches, and compliance with breach notification requirements. She also has experience handling the transactional aspects of intellectual property, including drafting and negotiating licenses, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, preparing opinions, conducting due diligence investigations and negotiating technology vendor contracts with respect to data privacy compliance and IP protection.

Jared Humiston is the proud Owner and President of Adirondack Technical Solutions (ADKtechs). Jared developed the earliest cyber security programs in the Capital Region before opening ADKtechs in 2005.

In Jared’s off hours, he’s a volunteer coach for Argyle youth programs and serves as a member of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, Washington County Local Development Corporation, and Argyle Youth Commission boards.
