ADKtechs began 15 years ago with a single employee and a set of values. As we reflect on 2019, we realize that we’ve come a long way since our business began in 2005 and we have a lot to be thankful for as we look toward the new year. Throughout all these changes, one thing remains constant – we’re able to do what we do because of our fantastic team and loyal customers.
Twenty-nineteen was another banner year for ADKtechs. We started an exciting new project which brought us to the other side of the world (by the way, you can keep up with all our adventures on Instagram or Facebook). We’ve added new faces that have made our already awesome team even more cohesive and productive. Our sales & marketing department once again shattered goals left and right. Tickets were closed in record time by our service and engineering teams. Across the board, we’ve received more 5-star customer satisfaction survey results than ever before. To top it all off, we were named Washington County Small Business of the Year for the second time!
In 2020, we’ll continue to make technology work for you by crafting innovative business solutions. Entering the new decade, cyber security will once again be a top priority as threats evolve. We will continue to grow our team’s cyber security knowledge to help you best defend your business. On January 15th, we’ll be holding our inaugural cyber security roundtable event, New Year, New Risks: How to Develop a Strong Cyber Security Program. The ADKtechs Cyber Security Roundtable Series will be a monthly opportunity for local business leaders to get answers to all their cyber security questions while collaborating with other business decision makers.
