Jenna Hunsinger
Marketing Manager
Jenna Hunsinger is ADKtechs’ Marketing Manager and is responsible for designing and implementing all marketing and social media initiatives to communicate the company’s offerings to both current and potential clients. Jenna graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Adirondack with a degree in Liberal Arts. Her diverse background in customer service, childhood education, management, and technology brings a fresh and unique perspective to the team. Jenna enjoys reading, kayaking, and painting in her free time.
Director of Business Development, Josh Koons, said, “With Jenna’s exceptional organizational skills and marketing experience, she is going to bring our marketing and sales efforts to the next level. We’re happy to have her apart of our team!”
On her new position, Jenna states, “When you work for a small business, you become a tight-knit family and not only are you working for your own individual success, but also the success of the company. Michael Ellsworth
Help Desk Engineer
Mike is a Help Desk Engineer at ADKtechs. For nearly ten years, he has served in the NY Army National Guard 2-108th Infantry. Upon returning from combat deployment in Afghanistan, he graduated from SUNY Adirondack with a degree in Information Technology. When not working, Mike enjoys playing video games, riding around on his moped, and reading.
Service Manager, Bill Kay, said, “Mike is a recent addition to ADKtechs as a technician on our service team. He is currently enrolled and serving in the NY Army National Guard, where he has proudly served our country since 2008. He has an ambition and drives to accomplish work in a way that is very welcoming for me to see. I am excited to see Mike’s future with our company.”

Joseph Lufkin
Corporate Account Manager
Joseph Lufkin is a Corporate Account Manager at ADKtechs, his focus is to build ADKtechs’ customer relations and sales force in the Glens Falls, NY area. He is a recent graduate from Hartwick College, where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration. In his off hours, he enjoys being active and spending time with family & friends.
Director of Business Development, Josh Koons, said “Joey has an exceptional work ethic and a drive to learn more about our industry. He is going to be a true asset in ensuring our current clients are provided the service they need and continue the growth of ADKtechs’ footprint in the Glens Falls region”.
When asked about his new position, Joey responded, “What excites me about working at ADKtechs is that it’s a growing company with a lot of room for team and personal growth. Jared has established a good foundation for all of us here to continue to grow.”
Cristina Sabia
Corporate Account Manager
Cristina Sabia is a Corporate Account Manager at ADKtechs. Her role will focus on expanding the business in Saratoga Springs. She obtained a B.A. in Spanish from Siena College and a M.A.Ed. from Walden University. Most of her career has been in education, teaching Spanish and Italian. Cristina enjoys spending time with her three children, Logan, Sofia, and Lucas.
One of the many reasons Cristina is excited about her new position is the welcoming environment at ADKtechs, “We are treated as much more than just employees and not only are we valued but so are our families”.
“With Cristina’s outgoing personality and strong work ethic, she is going to really make some big waves in the Saratoga market,” said Josh Koons, Director of Business Development. “We’re excited to have her be a part of our ADKtechs family!”
Maria Coffey
Service Coordinator
Maria Coffey is the Service Coordinator at ADKtechs. Some of her responsibilities include taking calls from clients and managing the service calendar. She graduated from SUNY Adirondack with a degree in IT – Networking Technology and previously worked on enterprise-level networks on a global scale. She has years of experience in customer service and managing teams. When she is not working, Maria can be found reading, playing video games, or working on obedience training with her two dogs.
“ADKtechs caught my eye because of the work they do with the local college and within the community. I like the fact that they work to benefit the small communities in the area,” said Maria.
Bill Kay, the Service Manager at ADKtechs, said, “Maria is helping fill a role within our company to maximize the efficiency of the work we accomplish for our clients’ day to day on our service desk. Her extensive technical and organizational skill set and experience will help enhance the customer experience here from start to finish. She is a welcomed new addition to our service team.”
